The only negative that I have is that I didn't receive a phone call when my license plates came in. I called the dealership and had to wait for a confirmation text because some research had to be done concerning the location of my plates. Other than that I really enjoyed the experience.

I bought a car a year ago from Payless and they have great customer care and service. I really like how they took the time to help me find a vehicle that I had in mind, instead of trying to sell me something I could really live without. The staff there are a great to work with and they take the time... to show customers that they matter. The reason I am writing this post a year later is because I ended up selling my vehicle a year later. I cancelled my GAP insurance as well as my extended warranty and they took the time to help me with the process of getting my refund. They are a small dealership but they are definently at the top when it comes to quality of service. Show more

I had a friend of mine refer me to Solat, one of the salesmen at Payless for he too purchased himself a vehicle from this location. Knowing I was in the market for a newly-used vehicle, he referred me and the customer service in which was provided was superb! He was not only familiar with the vehicl...e itself, but helped me search for any recalls or anything needed on the vehicle I ended up choosing; 2013 Buick Encore. If you were to head to this location, I would refer Solat, but even then.. all the employees and crew were nothing short of professional, courteous and informative. Show more

I was skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews. I went in to check out a Toyota Payless had and was paired up with Isaac Song. Isaac was honest and straightforward over the 2 days I worked with him, answering all my questions and had no problems test driving it multiple times to make sur...e I was happy with the vehicle before talking numbers. I got a good deal for my trade and was happy with with the price I paid for my Toyota. I didn't feel pressured like I do at the commission sales dealerships but I also felt that Payless wanted my business. All in All i'm extremely happy with Payless Car Sales and Isaac Song. I would go back if I were in the need of a new vehicle. Show more

They provide excellent customer service. One of the best thing i like about Pay Less is that they do not follow you around or pressure you. They keep you updated frequently. I highly recommend this dealership!

Just bought a 2010 325i BMW 3 series.. great deal and just fantastic customer service. The whole crew all worked very hard and showed what they can do as a team. Fantastic bunch of guys and for a car dealership. They give you plenty of time and space to do what you need to do to find yourself the c...ar for you. Also Matthew did everything perfect and is the guy to go to.. for those great deals and financial services. I say keep up the great work and sell on.
