If you like awesome people, great customer service and good deals then go see Matt at Payless! Matt made everything so simple and made sure I got my dream car while staying in my price range. Walked into Payless with my husband while looking for a new family car and a payment that worked for us. As soon as we walked in we began speaking with Issac. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He had no problem answering our many questions and showing us what was available. Issac was exceptional. H...im and his team had us taken care of and out the door within a few hours. I didn’t know buying a car could be so easy and painless. We drove from Homer to Anchorage. We left needing a car. We searched and found Payless Car Sales. What a pleasure! Albert helped us from beginning to end. This guy was MORE than helpful, and not in an overbearing car salesman way. ... Albert was able to do what he does best, and get us the best deal, in an amazing timely fashion. We highly recommend Payless and Albert if you are considering a new car in the Anchorage area! Had a very enjoyable visit. The salesman, Matt, was very helpful and was able to make the deal I needed. The vehicles on the lot where all in great looking condition as was the office. The prices where all clearly marked and at or below Blue Book value.

Saw a truck they had listed online came down with my trade in and was in the truck in a couple hours. My salesman was Albert, I highly recommend him. No non-sense or sales pitch. He asked me what I needed to make it happen and he got it done. I will be buying another vehicle from him. He even offere...d me some of his lunch during the paperwork. I’m like three months late ??????????? but I just wanted to say Albert Kim is the best car salesman I’ve worked with! Not only was he super friendly and professional, I remember my husband and I were laughing throughout the document signing part so it went by super quick!
