This is our 3rd experience with Payless Car Sales. We got the pleasure of working with Solat Ali. He is by far the best person in the auto sales business in Alaska. am telling you they do everything right by the customer. They price their vehicles right. They won’t blow smoke. Bought a nice used truck from them and the sales person was excellent. Not in your face at all. Which was a nice change as it made it comfortable to shop the lot. Process was smooth and professional. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

We bought a 2011 GT500 and was treated like a king.. they cleaned up my car... and had it delivered straight to my home .... the way I was treated was most extant and would buy again ... In fact we did ... we first bought a Hummer H2 here .... same great treatment... Albert was our mustang salesman ...and what a guy ...he went way beyond and MADE IT HAPPEN .. all Hail. My husband and I worked with Dennis this week to purchase a 2011 Mazda 6. It was probably the most painless auto purchase I've ever made. We went in with a pre-approval amount from our bank, but he managed to find us a different offer with a much lower interest rate. Warm and friendly, when we need ...to trade off our other vehicle we will go right back. Our new car was purchased for less than the book value, no endless haggling required. I recently bought a SUV from Payless. Solat was absolutely wonderful. I bought the vehicle As-is, I knew that going in. 3 days of owning it I noticed a small issue (cosmetic ) I took it back to them and they rectified the problem right away with no questions asked. Everyone in the office was frien...dly and this car buying experience was the smoothest ever for me. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with vehicle I purchased. Thank you Solat! The sales person that helped me was knowledgeable about the car I wanted which is always a plus because you then know they aren't just agreeing to everything you say to put you in the car. I didn't feel rushed or made to feel a sense of urgency to buy the car I was looking at; again a plus. The pric...ing on the vehicle was better then I hoped and I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a well maintained pre-owned car and good people that sell them without making you feel like you just got, "shaked down" or taken advantage of for a price point. I went into Payless expecting to be pressured and made to feel as though they were doing me a favor; the kind of experience I became used to at the major dealerships in town. I walked around the lo looking for a specific vehicle, one that was on their website. Unfortunately, someone else beat me to... it but in my quest to find the vehicle, I came across another vehicle I had wanted for years. The sales person didn't pressure me, he showed me the vehicle making sure I was comfortable and aware of different functions, and on the test drive, he addressed my questions and comments. The [price was under book value, which was a pleasant surprised, especially compared to the other dealerships I went to (apparently the other dealerships believe their vehicles are thousands of dollars more valuable). They gave me a prie for my trade in, did some numbers, and processed the paperwork. One person did everything (except for the notary signature when another employee witness me sign the document). I wasn't passed off from person to person. It was amazing! I would definitely recommend Payless and would go back without a second thought. The staff is professional, courteous, and helpful.
