I recently worked with Albert Kim to purchase a used Yukon. Albert was very professional and did a great job without pressure or pushing me to buy anything. The sales process went smoothly, and Payless agreed to fix an issue with the steering that turned out to be more than just a simple alignment.... If you like awesome people, great customer service and good deals then go see Matt at Payless! Matt made everything so simple and made sure I got my dream car while staying in my price range. I never felt pressured into anything and he asked questions throughout the entire process to make sure we we...re on the same page. He's the best! Show more

Bought an SUV there a month or so ago. Matt was excellent. I wanted to have the SUV looked over by an outside mechanic and he had no issue with it. He even helped arrange it at the shop of my choice and picked it up after the inspection. Paperwork was no fuss no muss. I was looking for some negoti...ation and wiggle room on the price but that is not their policy. No deduction for that, the price was a fair market value to what I was seeing out of state and it saved me shipping costs. If they have a car you like I would recommend them without reservation.
